Engraving Terms Of Order

All our personalised gifts are engraved here in Devon.
Engravings typically take up to 5 working days to engrave and deliver to you. Should you require it sooner please call us on 01805 626221 between 9am- 5pm and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Your personalisation will be engraved exactly as you enter it, so if you type SOPHI in capitals for example, your piece will be engraved in this way. We have also provided a request box, so please feel free to tell us if you would like it on a number of lines or perhaps a certain size or placement on the glass. If left blank our Engravers will use their best design judgement to engrave the item in the most suitable size and place.

Please note due to the nature of this pieces being personalised we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges on these items, unless they are damaged.
