What is Slightly Imperfect Crystal Glass?

Small imperfections can sometimes occur, as all hand made crystal contains some blemish or birthmark of creation, which some consider and call the "beauty spots"; slightly imperfect, deviation from perfection or other name – but never a fault!

In their truest sense they are perfectly imperfect, making each piece unique and no two glasses being exactly the same, if that bit extra special.

Our quality control team inspect each piece 4 times for height, shape and blemishes. Dependent upon the magnitude of any imperfection found, it may be accepted as a first grade, deemed as a 'second / slightly imperfect' and still 100% functionable or rejected and recycled into the next working batch to make new glass.

These 'slightly imperfect' pieces are still supremely functional and offer great value so
