Although Dartington Crystal is hand made to exacting standards, hand-crafting can never be perfect. It's true to say we are fussy by nature, we strive for a top quality product and achieving this means we grade a certain amount of our crystal as a second. We call these "Slightly Imperfect". Small imperfections can sometimes occur yet these 'slightly imperfect' pieces are still supremely functional and offer great value and we have reduced the prices by up to 75%.
