As the manufacturer and supplier of Dartington crystal and glass we want to offer our customers an unbeatable product choice and service capability. If you find the same product from an authorised online UK Stockist for sale for less (including any delivery costs) we will match the price.

Product must be new, complete with packaging and available from stock in the UK.
Only applies to first quality stock only - e.g. not to seconds or damaged.
Excludes Factory Shop outlets, High Street / Retail stores, Shopping Portals, eBay or other auction and private members websites.

Our No Quibble Guarantee
If any product arrives damaged or faulty we'll replace it without question (Excluding goods sold as Slightly Imperfect). If you decide you do not want the product when you receive it, please return it to us within 14 days (in saleable condition) and we will refund the cost of goods excluding postage.
Christmas Extended Exchange Policy
Making it easier to buy your Christmas gifts at Dartington Crystal.
For Christmas we have extended our Exchange policy as we know many items are being given as gifts, the recipients can exchange gifts that are unsuitable 30 days after Christmas.
From 11th November to 23rd December all items purchased via www.dartington.co.uk as Christmas gifts can be exchanged for goods to the same value.
The rest of our Exchange and Returns policy still applies.
Slightly Imperfect Terms of Sale
Sale item glasses can not be returned or exchanged due to hand crafted imperfections as they are sold as seconds. Although Dartington Crystal is hand made to exacting standards, hand-crafting can never be perfect. Small imperfections can sometimes occur yet these 'slightly imperfect' pieces are still supremely functional and offer great value, but should your order arrive damaged we will replace subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Engraved - Terms of Sale
All our personalised gifts are engraved by hand here in Devon. Engravings typically take 5 working days to engrave and deliver to you. Should you require it sooner please call us on 01805 626221 between 9am- 5pm and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Your personalisation will be engraved by hand exactly as you enter it, so if you type SOPHI in capitals for example, your piece will be engraved in this way. We have also provided a request box, so please feel free to tell us if you would like it on a number of lines or perhaps a certain size or placement on the glass. If left blank our Engravers will use their best design judgement to engrave the item in the most suitable size and place.
Please note due to the nature of this pieces being personalised we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges on these items, unless they are damaged.
Unless there was an error on our part in despatching your order, or the goods were faulty, your refund will be exclusive of delivery charges. In the event of faulty or damaged goods, reasonable postage costs incurred in the return, as well as the original delivery charges will be refunded on proof of the cost of return carriage.
