Frank Thrower
The creative inspiration of Dartington since it was established in 1967. His effortless design style has led to many innovative and supremely functional products and his work has had a major influence on contemporary, commercial design. Even though Frank died in 1987 many of Frank's original designs are still best sellers today such as the and collections, and our is featured in the V&A Museum's of top 100 designs made ever.

Hilary Green
Hilary has played a key role in the design and product development at Dartington over the last 20 years and now leads the Design Team. Hilary has created some of Dartington Crystal's award winning and beautiful collections. Hilary's favourites being her , and collections.

Nick Davey
A master engraver renowned for his meticulous skill and artistic flair; Nick Davey is an established figure in the glassware industry. A member of the Guild of Glass Engravers he has produced prestigious commissions for a range of people from Joanna Lumley, Patron of the Variety Club to Royalty and the Pope.
In recent years Nick has developed the exclusive Dartington “Gallery” creating limited editions pieces of decorative crystal art, like our And continues to create one-off commissions for individuals and corporate needs such as Awards, Gifts and Special Occasions.

Sarah Peterson
Sarah has many years experience with glass working to create both Dartington and Caithness Art Glass. Her work features predominantly coloured glass, with blown sculptural and cast pieces - all aspects creating a fresh and lively feel to her work.

Jo Baker
Jo has considerable years experience of crystal and glassware design, working within the tabletop and gift industry for leading brands.
Her passion for crystal and glass design is reflected in her stylish and commercial approach to product, and her aim to design timeless classic pieces.
